As we continue to grow, we’re looking at better ways to provide opportunities to young people who wish to enter the world of insurance.
Individual businesses in PIB offer short-term work experience and intern placement opportunities, but as a Group we also offer an apprenticeship scheme in the UK.
This scheme provides a chance to stay in education alongside developing on-the-job skills and covers a range of roles needed within the business. We also run an in-house programme sharing insights on how to maximise career opportunities and present the best version of yourself.
The scheme will reopen for applications later in 2025.
What is included in a PIB Group apprenticeship?
This opportunity offers you the chance of a blend of education and work experience. You will spend 20% of the working week developing the knowledge, skills and behaviour to successfully complete your apprenticeship with the support of our Learning and Development team. For the rest of the week you’ll be applying what you have learnt and thriving in a real job with real responsibilities to contribute to our story of growth.
From day one you will have a permanent job with a competitive salary. You will receive comprehensive training, support from tutors, a skills coach and a line manager supporting you to build a successful career.
Meet Jo, our Chief People Officer and Lisa, our Learning and Development Manager to find out more.
