Smart working

We recognise the importance of helping our people balance their work and home lives by offering smart working arrangements. PIB Learn

Our PIB Learn initiative is a testament to personal growth and our innovative learning tools.  Throughout the year, we deliver a host of programmes, courses and personal development opportunities through a variety of webinars, seminars, in person events and self-study learning. Colleagues also have access to a broad range of digital learning content on our Workday Learning Platform, including internally developed PIB Content and access to over ten thousand courses via one of our third party content providers, LinkedIn Learning.

Next Generation programme

The transition from education to the world of work is still one of the hardest we face in our lives. Our in-house Next Generation Programme has been designed to develop those in their early careers with the skills and knowledge to excel in their given roles and help them with defining their future careers within PIB Group. Using tools from psychology & behavioural science to provide useful frameworks for creating highly practical learning journeys, which in turn will provide lasting behaviour change.

Professional qualification

We care about your opportunities for advancement and support you to attain professional qualifications. PIB supports the achievement of professional qualifications such as CII, CIMA and more, as relevant to your role. A number of our businesses currently have Chartered CII status and we continue to encourage achievement of professional qualifications through the CII.

Technical masters

Looking to deepen your technical knowledge or specialise in new areas? Our Technical Masters programme provides you with the opportunity to embark on a learning journey that includes seminars hosted by our internal technical masters, as well as external specialists.
