Nord Group officially joins PIB Group

PIB Group continues its strategic expansion across Central and Eastern Europe. The latest addition to the PIB family is Nord Group, following the successful integration of companies like WDB and Brokers Union (now PIB Broker), Exito Broker, Eko Broker, Equinum Broker, as well as reinsurance companies ECRB (now PIB Re) and ReSolutions, and insurance agencies Netins Insurance and Ubezpieczaj.pl (now PIB Ubezpieczenia), alongside the multi-agency Asist.

Nord Group has been a key player in the Polish market since 1998. By joining PIB, the group brings a team with expertise in serving sectors such as public entities, financial institutions, construction, industry, transport, and healthcare. This merger also strengthens PIB's portfolio, particularly in highly specialised sectors like energy and chemicals.
