PIB Group expands its presence in Poland

April 8 2025

PIB Group, the specialist insurance intermediary group, continues its growth with the arrival of RCU Ubezpieczenia, one of Poland’s leading multi-agency insurance networks.

With nearly 25 years of experience, RCU Ubezpieczenia is a well-established brand with a nationwide network of agents serving individual and corporate clients. The company operates through both its own and partner-exclusive offices – a distinctive business model that sets it apart from competitors and supports its ongoing growth.

Once regulatory approval for the deal is received, RCU Ubezpieczenia will benefit from access to cutting-edge solutions and expertise and an international spread of clients and teams. In return, RCU Ubezpieczenia contributes to PIB Group an extensive network of agents and proven expertise in developing and managing franchise structures.

The transaction was conducted by PIB Agency, the business entity associated with PIB Group Poland.

Bartosz Słupski, CEO of PIB Agency, commented: “RCU Ubezpieczenia is a company with a strong reputation, a unique operational model, and a trusted brand. Its integration into PIB Group represents another milestone in our strategy to build a powerful network of insurance intermediaries in Poland.

“I’m excited to partner with Lucjan and his experienced team. Together, we will build a dynamic organisation that leverages economies of scale, enhances services for our distribution partners, and strengthens both companies’ positions in the market.”

Lucjan Brychcy, CEO of RCU Ubezpieczenia, commented: “At RCU, we have always been focused on stable growth and modern solutions that support our partners, whose performance remains among the best in the industry. Joining PIB Group represents a step towards further expansion and gives us access to valuable local and international expertise.

“We believe this partnership will bring tangible benefits to our partners and clients alike while also injecting new energy into our continued development.”
