PIB Group in Poland acquires independent agents Netins Insurance Sp. z o.o. and Ubezpieczaj Sp. z o.o.

PIB Group Ltd (‘PIB’) has strengthened its presence on the Polish agency market. Through its two recent acquisitions, PIB now has a portfolio of three independent agents in Poland formed through the acquisition of Netins Insurance Sp. z o.o. and Ubezpieczaj Sp. z o.o.
The two new arrivals add weight to Asist sp. z o.o., the country's leading insurance multiagency, which has been part of PIB in Poland since the start of the year.
Both Netins Insurand and Ubezpieczaj offer insurance solutions from leading insurers. While Netins Insurance's customer base includes mainly businesses, Ubezpieczaj.pl seeks to target private individuals.
