Tony Powis joins PIB Employee Benefits as non-Executive Chairman

PIB Employee Benefits, which is part of PIB Group, has appointed a non-executive Chairman. Assuming the role is Tony Powis who has held a number of senior positions across the industry including as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Head of Sales within financial services firms such as Willis Employee Benefits. 

Formed in 2016, PIB Employee Benefits has enjoyed rapid growth and development while delivering client-led, consultative solutions across the whole spectrum of employee benefits. Clients range from micro-SME through to large corporates.

Today, the business continues to expand in the UK through organic and acquisitive growth in line with client and market trends. Plans are underway for a more global approach to benefits which will be facilitated through the increased use of technology. The new appointment therefore reflects those expansion plans.

Tony Powis career spans over 30 years of financial services experience in the UK, international and global markets. His proven track record in delivering growth and retention, along with experience in managing large acquisitions, align with the ambitions of PIB Employee Benefits.

Highlights so far for PIB Employee Benefits include investment into its technology, a brand refresh and acquisitive growth through i2 Healthcare and the employee benefits division of Sanlam Wealth Planning UK.
