Our structure
Our family of PIB businesses are organised into areas across retail and wholesale, plus an independent network proposition for commercial insurance broker members.
How We Are Organized
High collaboration is encouraged across the whole group to enable customers to access our full offering through our network for experts.
With over 50 businesses already acquired by PIB Group, they are all aligned to trade under established brands, operating under a small number of regulated entities and integrated into a secure and scalable core infrastructure, which supports common systems and centralised functions.
The central services such as HR, finance, IT, compliance for example, play an important role in supporting our businesses and enabling them to retain their high levels of entrepreneurialism. They help to free them of the day to day distractions that can often get in the way of growing a business and focusing on what they’re really good at; winning new clients and providing them all with incredible levels of service.
PIB has established capabilities that represent a comprehensive portfolio of specialist risk and insurance advisory services. It has a multi-channel approach to distribution which maximises PIB’s customer reach and value-add. PIB’s operations are currently segmented into seven divisions which are split across direct and B2B insurance intermediation.
