PIB Group Limited (‘PIB’ or the ‘Group’) has released its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2019 with the filing of its statutory accounts.
While the government has suspended the deadline for reporting the year 2018/2019, due to the coronavirus crisis, PIB has chosen to release its is report and we have also uploaded our data to the government website.
The Gender Pay Gap is a government initiative and an annual requirement where business leaders must publish high-level data on pay within their organisation to show the pay difference in the average pay between all men and women. Organisations across the UK which employ 250 or more people are required to report basic data from a ‘snapshot’ date of 5 April 2018.

The Group has also secured the support of several new lenders to refinance its existing term loan facility and raised an additional committed acquisition facility.
PIB Group has featured in this year’s Insurance Age Top 100 Independent Brokers 2018, being place in the £500m to £749.99m band – moving up two bands from last year.
PIB Group (PIB) has brought together the expertise of two of its existing businesses, Sigerson Associates and Ford Risk Management, to create PIB Risk Management. The business officially opened its doors on Thursday 15th February. The combined business has over 40 employees with 24 risk professionals on the road, and there are plans to continue its rapid growth.
